Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem provedla horizontální přenos genu sea, kódujícího enterotoxin A, do recipientního kmene Staphylococcus aureus prostřednictvím dvou mírných fágů serologické skupiny F.
Abstract:
In this work, the horizontal transfer of the sea gene, which encodes emetic enterotoxin A, into the recipient strain of Staphylococcus aureus through two temperate bacteriophages (family Siphoviridae) of the serological group F is described.
