Abstract:

Diplomová práce je vypracována na téma Manažerské techniky, metody a jejich využití v praxi. Práce je vypracována pro společnost Medsol s.r.o., ve které je autor jednatelem a majitelem. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které jsou shrnuty základní poznatky z české a zahraniční literatury ke zvolenému tématu. Na část teoretickou pak navazuje část praktická, která se skládá z analýz současného stavu ve společnosti a z návrhové části. V návrhové části jsou přeloženy návrhy související se zlepšením současného stavu ve společnosti s ohledem na její dlouhodobou, střednědobou a krátkodobou strategii.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is elaborated on the topic of Management techniques, methods and their use in practice. The work is prepared for the company Medsol s.r.o., in which the author is the managing director and owner. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which summarizes the basic knowledge of Czech and foreign literature on the selected topic. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which consists of analysis of the current state of society and the design part. The design part translates the proposals related to the improvement of the current situation in the company with regard to its long-term, medium-term and short-term strategy.
