Okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru

Instant Termination of the Employment
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovním poměrem, zvláště jeho ochranou při skončení jednostranným právním úkonem. V práci je pojednáno nejprve obecně o principech skončení pracovního poměru. V další části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé hmotně právní a procesně právní podmínky okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru vyžadované zákoníkem práce.
Abstract:
This masters' thesis deals with an instant termination of employment, while focusing on its protection in termination by unilateral legal act. At first the thesis deals with general principles of termination of the employment. Then the thesis described conditions instant termination of employment which are regulated by Czech labour code.
