Cílem diplomové práce byla optimalizace analytické metody vhodné k sledování osudu a transportu chloracetanilidových pesticidů v půdě. Dílčím cílem bylo zhodnocení účinnosti extrakce chloracetanilidových pesticidů alachloru, acetochloru, dimetachloru, metazachloru a metolachloru metodou QuEChERS. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was the optimization of analytical methods suitable for tracking the fate and transport of chloroacetanilide pesticides in soil. A sub-objective was to evaluate the extraction efficiency of chloroacetanilide pesticides alachlor, acetochlor, dimetachloru, metazachlor and metolachlor by QuEChERS extraction method.
