Cílem práce je charakterizovat logistické procesy v konkrétní společnosti a dále na základě provedené analýzy naformulovat pro společnost případná doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The goal of the thesis is to characterize the logistics processes in a specific company and based on the analysis, to formulate possible recommendations for the company. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
