Tématem této bakalářská práce jsou statutární orgány podnikatele. Práce se dělí na tři hlavní kapitoly. Kapitola první definuje základní pojmy podnikatel a statutární orgán. Stručně je zde popsán vývoj a změna pojmu podnikatel, tak jak ho chápe současná právní úprava. Dále se kapitola věnuje obecnému vymezení statutárního orgánu. The theme of the Bachelor thesis is entrepreneur´s statutory authorities. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter defines the basic terms of entrepreneur and statutory authority.
