Employee benefits and their accounting and tax implications in a specific company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity, problematikou dopadů jejich poskytování a rozdíly mezi podnikatelským sektorem a příspěvkovou organizací. Jejím cílem je zobrazení odlišných dopadů na zaměstnance azaměstnavatele, rovněž i ilustrování rozdílného účtování. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné vymezení pojmu zaměstnaneckých benefitů, důvody poskytování, a především na zobrazení účetních a daňových dopadů vybraných benefitů na příjemce a poskytovatele benefitů jak vpodnikatelské sféře, tak i v příspěvkové organizaci. Praktická část rozebírá poskytované benefity v příspěvkové organizaci Sociální služby Města Sušice a jejich účetní interpretaci. Závěr praktické části je věnován analýze příspěvků z fondu kulturních a sociálních potřeb na odměňování zaměstnanců za rok 2022.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with employee benefits, the issue of the impact of their provision and the differences between the business sector and a contributory organization. Its aim is to show different impacts on employees and employers, as well as to illustrate different accounting. The theoretical part is focused on the general definition of the concept of employee benefits, the reasons for providing them, and above all on the display of the accounting and tax effects of selected benefits on the recipient and provider of benefits both in business and in contributory organizations. The practical part analyses the benefits provided in the contribution organization Sociální služby města Sušice and their accounting interpretation. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the analysis of contributions from the fund of cultural and social needs for the remuneration of employees for the year 2022.
