Die Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit der Analyse der Fachausdrücke, die in Kochrezepten vorkommen. Im theoretischen Teil werden Definitionen der wichtigsten Begriffe charakterisiert. Es wird auch kurz die Geschichte und Entwicklung von Kochbüchern und Rezepten umfasst.
