Osolsobě Furniture: Metamorphoses of Furniture Design 1860-1960
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce seznamuje s vývojem nábytkové tvorby v období od druhé poloviny 19. století po první polovinu 20. století na příkladu nábytkářského podniku Jana a Richarda Osolsobě z Rousínova. Historie firmy, kdy podnik prošel proměnou od řemeslné dekorativní výroby po tovární sériovou výrobu, je zasazena do dobového kontextu.
Abstract:
This master thesis deals with the development of furniture production between the second half of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century using the example of the furniture firm run by Jan and Richard Osolsobe from Rousinov. The history of the firm, when the firm changed from decorative cabinetmaking workshop to serial industrial production is set into period context.
