The gentleman`s image in Czech feature film in the 1930s
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat obraz typického filmového gentlemana v českém hraném filmu v 30. letech minulého století. Děje se tak na základě 6 vybraných filmů: Holka nebo kluk?, Kristián, Eva tropí hlouposti, Dívka v modrém, Život je krásný a Hotel Modrá hvězda a 2 herců: Oldřicha Nového a Raoula Schránila, kteří hrají hlavní role filmových gentlemanů.
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyze the image of a typical film gentleman in Czech feature film in the 1930s. It is based on 6 selected films: Girl or Boy ?, Christian, Eva Fools Around, Girl in blue, Life is beautiful and Hotel Blue Star and 2 actors: Oldřich Nový and Raoul Schránil, who play the main roles of film gentlemen.
