Reconstruction of the Building to Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce vybraného rodinného objektu. Cílem návrhu rekonstrukce je snížení energetické náročnosti budovy spočívající zejména v návrhu rekonstrukce dvouplášťové ploché střechy, dále v eliminaci navazujících tepelných mostů a řešení kontaktního zateplovacího systému budovy. Pro docílení optimálního návrhu rekonstrukce jsou navrhovaná řešení posuzována a vyhodnocována v programech zabývajících se problematikou stavební fyziky. Prioritou je návrh zateplení spodního pláště ploché dvouplášťové střechy, který je tvořen stropy nad obytnými podlažími. Současně se zateplením spodního pláště střechy je řešen návrh efektivního odvětrávání vzduchové dutiny ve střeše. Po zateplení stropních konstrukcí se výrazněji projeví vliv zabudovaných tepelných mostů v oblasti pozedních věnců a proto jsou tyto kritické detaily v bakalářské práci rovněž řešeny. Kvůli nutnosti vhodného ošetření potenciálních tepelných mostů je následně přistoupeno i k návrhu kontaktního zateplovacího systému, který bude na rekonstrukci střechy navazovat. Na závěr této práce jsou porovnány oba stavy objektu, tj. před a po rekonstrukci. Za účelem vzájemného porovnání jsou zpracovány průkazy energetické náročnosti budovy. Výsledkem návrhu rekonstrukce je podstatné zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností řešeného objektu. Úspora z hlediska měrné potřeby tepla na vytápění činí 53 %. Díky vhodnému ošetření míst původních tepelných mostů je vyloučena kondenzace vzdušné vlhkosti na povrchu interiérových konstrukcí, což přináší zdravější vnitřní prostředí a zvýšený uživatelský komfort.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the reconstruction of the selected family house. The aim of the reconstruction design is to reduce the energy performance of the building, consisting in the design of the reconstruction of the double-skinned flat roof, the elimination of the subsequent thermal bridges and the solution of the building thermal insulation system. To achieve the optimal design of the reconstruction, the proposed solutions are assessed and evaluated in programs dealing with building physics issues. The priority is to design insulation of the lower shell of a flat double-skin roof, which is made up of ceilings above the living floors. Simultaneously with the thermal insulation of the lower shell of the roof, the design of efficient ventilation of air cavities in the roof is solved. After the thermal insulation of the ceiling structures, the impact of the built-in thermal bridges in the area of the wreaths becomes more pronounced and therefore these critical details are also solved in the bachelor thesis. Due to the need for appropriate treatment of potential thermal bridges, the design of the contact thermal insulation system is also being followed up. At the conclusion of this work, both objects are compared, ie before and after reconstruction. For the purpose of mutual comparison, energy performance certificates are processed. The result of the design of the reconstruction is a significant improvement of the thermal and technical properties of the object being solved. Savings in terms of the specific heat demand for heating are 53%. Due to the appropriate treatment of the original heat bridges, condensation of air humidity on the surface of the interior structures is avoided, resulting in a healthier indoor environment and increased user comfort.
