V.A.C. therapy - one of the options for treatment of tissue defects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přiblížením metody podtlakové terapie jako jednou z možností v léčbě ran. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu je teoretická část zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii kůže. Další část je obecně věnovaná ranám, jejich způsobům hojení a možnostem léčby u špatně se hojících ran. Závěrem je v teoretické části blíže popsána metoda podtlakové terapie a její využití v nemocnicích České Republiky. Praktická část popisuje formou kazuistik pacienty, kteří podstoupili léčbu touto podtlakovou metodou. Cílem práce je seznámení blíže s moderní metodou a zjištění, jak dalece je využívána v nemocnicích České Republiky.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with approximation method of negative pressure therapy as the one of the options in the wounds treatment. Thesis is splitted to theoretical and practical section. In the outset theoretical part focuses on anatomy and physiology of the skin. Another section is devoted to wounds in general, their ways of healing and treatment options for poorly healing wounds. In conclusion is in theoretical section closer described method of negative pressure therapy and its use in hospitals of Czech Republic. The practical part describes the patients by form of casuistry, who were treated by the negative pressure method. The objective is closer introduction with modern methods and detection to what extent is used in hospitals of Czech Republic.
