Interrogation of juveniles accuse
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou kriminality mladistvých a hlavně tedy výslechem již mladistvých obviněných osob. S výslechem mladistvých obviněných úzce souvisí téma speciální výslechové místnosti, taktika výslechu, psychologie výslechu a taktické postupy. Samozřejmě také ochrana soukromí mladistvých a trestní odpovědnost mladistvých je důležitou součástí mé práce.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I will focus on juvenile criminal problems and mainly I will focus on interrogation of juveniles minors accused. Interrogation is closely related to special iterrogation rooms, interrogation tactics, psychology and tactical procedures. Of course we must not forget obout privacy protection of juveniles minors and criminal responsibility.
