Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním trendů v přípravě pokrmů. Bylo analyzováno, které z metod přípravy pokrmů jsou považovány za trend a zda má označení trend vliv na využívání daných metod. K výzkumu jsme použili kvantitativní metodu sběru primárních dat, a to dotazníkové šetření. The bachelor thesis deals with research of trends in food preparation. We analyzed which of the food preparation methods are considered as a trend and whether the trend designation has an impact on the use of the methods.
