Social Services and Utilization of the Care Allowance in the Jilemnice region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními službami a využíváním příspěvku na péči ve správním obvodu Jilemnice. Teoretická část je věnována proměnám sociálních podmínek života ve společnosti, které se stávají aktuálním problémem i pro oblast sociálního systému v České republice a mají dopad na plánování služeb. Práce se zaměřuje na poslední pilíř záchranné sociální sítě, kterým je pilíř sociální pomoci, konkrétně oblast sociálních služeb v návaznosti s yužíváním příspěvku na péči ve správním obvodu Jilemnice. V textu jsou vymezeny pojmy legislativního rámce sociálních služeb a příspěvku na péči a objasněny základní pojmy. Snahou je i zmapovat skutečně poskytované sociální služby v podhorské lokalitě.Hlavním cílem je analýza využívání příspěvku na péči na Jilemnicku. Přijetí zákona o sociálních službách přineslo mnoho změn v této oblasti. Provedením výzkumu ve správním obvodu Jilemnice je zjistit, co nový zákon přinesl vybrané skupině příjemců příspěvku na péči. K jakým účelům příjemci příspěvek na péči využívají a jejich spokojenost s poskytovanými službami. V práci je využita kvantitativní výzkumná strategie formou dotazníkového šetření u vybrané skupiny příjemců příspěvku na péči. Dále pak sekundární analýza dat z Informačního systému OK Služby, provozovaného MPSV, dostupných statistických údajů a dostupných materiálů jak z odborné literatury, tak z webových stránek příslušných institucí.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the social services and utilization of the Care allowance in the Jilemnice country. Theoretical part is dedicated to the changes of the social conditions in the society where these social conditions are actually becoming to be current problem for the whole social system of the Czech Republic and have the impact on the service planning. Thesis is engaged in the last point of the rescue social net, the social help pillar. Concretely the social services in connection with the care allowance utilization in the Jilemnice country. In the text there are determined legislation’s frame concepts, care allowance concepts and cleared up the basic concepts. The effort this thesis is to map the real situation in the social services provided in this foothills. The main target is analysis of the care allowance utilization in the Jilemnice country. The adoption of the social service law brought many changes in this area. The search should bring the information about possible benefits brought by this new law to the group of chosen recipients of the care allowance. What for is the care allowance used by its recipients and their satisfactions with services provided. In thesis is used the quantitative research strategy in the form of questionnaire search at group of chosen recipients of the care allowance. Further is used the secondary analysis of the data from OK Služba Information System, provided by MPSV, available statistics and available materials from special literature as well as from the web pages of competent institutions.
