Bakalářská práce se zabývá subjektivním zatížením kolenního kloubu při aplikaci plyometrické metody. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na objasnění základních pojmů, které neodmyslitelně souvisejí s tímto tématem a těmi jsou anatomie kolenního kloubu, zranění kolenního kloubu, plyometrická metoda a na cviky, které obsahují tuto metodu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the subjective loading of the knee joint in the application of the plyometric method. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on clarifying the basic concepts that are inextricably linked to this topic and these are the anatomy of the knee joint, knee injury, plyometric method and the exercises that contain this method.
