Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálně vyloučených lokalit, bydlením a kriminalitou ve městě Sokolov a jedním z jejich nápravných opatření zvaných bezdoplatkové zóny. Autorka popisuje historii města, stav lokalit, míru kriminality a významné vlastníky bytů v lokalitách. Snaží se zjistit, zda jsou nová opatření přínosná. A zamýšlí se nad tím, jak by se situace ve městě mohla ideálně řešit. Výzkumnou metodou bylo návratové zúčastněné pozorování a rozhovory s účastníky výzkumu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of socially excluded localities, housing and crime in the town of Sokolov and one of its remedial measures called the zone without additional payment for housing. The author describes the history of the town, the state of the localities, the level of crime and significant owners of the flats in the localities. It is trying to determine whether or not new measures are beneficial. And he thinks about how the situation in the city could be ideally addressed. The research method was a return attendance observation and interviews with research participants
