Abstract:

Teoretická část mé bakalářské práce je tvořena ze čtyř částí. První část obsahuje základní pojmy uvedené v právních normách a v odborné literatuře. Následuje možný původ vzniku domácího násilí a jeho následné rozdělení do základních forem a znaků. V druhé části jsou uvedeny právní normy, které řeší problematiku domácího násilí. Třetí část je zaměřena na řešení problematiky domácího násilí v Ostravě a to od její historie po současnost. Poslední čtvrtá popisná část je věnována agresorovi domácího násilí a jeho podrobnější rozbor. Praktickou část jsem věnovala vlastnímu výzkumu a to v jakém rozsahu je nabízena pomoc agresorům domácího násilí v Ostravě. Tohoto jsem dosáhla s využitím metody řízeného rozhovoru s pracovnicemi organizace ELPIS, což je název pro organizaci nabízející pomoc oběti násilí, týrání a zneužívání v rámci Slezské diakonie, Intervenčního centra - Bílý kruh bezpečí, Centra sociálních služeb ? Krizové centrum pro děti a dále jsem získala informace rozborem dokumentace z Centra sociálních služeb Praha ? VIOLA Informační a poradenské centrum pro muže a ženy, kteří mají konfliktní vztahy se svými blízkými.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of my thesis consists of four parts. The first part contains the basic terms in government laws and literature and possible reasons for domestic violence and its subsequent division into basic forms and symptoms. The second part provides the listing of government laws which concerns the problem of domestic violence. The third part is focused on domestic violence in Ostrava from its history to the present. The fourth descriptive part is devoted to the role of aggressor of domestic violence and its detailed analysis. The practical part is devoted to my own research that deals with the question to which extent it is offered to help domestic violence aggressors in Ostrava. I achieved this using methods of interview with workers of ELPIS organization. The organization offers assistance to victims of violence, tyranny and abuse in the Silesian Diacony, Intervention center - White Circle of Safety, Centre for Social Services - Crisis Center for Children and Family. I also obtained information analysing documentation of Social Service Centre in Prague - VIOLA Information and Consultancy Centre for men and women who have conflicting relationships with thein close relatives.
