The importance of determining the entry costs for the implementation of the investment project

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením vstupních nákladů na realizaci investičního projektu. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, kde byly vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se realizace investičního záměru včetně identifikace rizikových faktorů a možných způsobů, jak investiční projekt financovat. Praktická část pak popisuje investiční záměr daného subjektu na základě možných scénářů v optimistické a pesimistické variantě. Dále se jedná o výpočet všech vstupních a dílčích nákladů, předpokládaných tržeb a plánu cash flow včetně shrnutí, zda investiční záměr realizovat či nikoliv.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of the entry costs for realization of the investment project. This thesis is divided into the theoretical part, where the basic terms relating to the realization of the investment plan, including identification of risk factors and possible ways to finance the investment project, have been explained. The practical part describes the investment intention of the given subject based on possible scenarios in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Furthermore, it is a calculation of all input and sub-cost, expected receipts and cash flow plan, including a summary of whether the investment plan should be realized or not
