Bakalářská práce se zabývá nelegálními výnosy z obchodování na kapitálových trzích. V první kapitole krátce popíšu finanční a kapitálový trh, pak ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na problematiku praní špinavých peněz, kde popisuji charakteristické rysy a fáze celého procesu a uvádím některé vyřešené příklady. The bachelor thesis deals with illegal profits from trading in the capital markets. In the first chapter will be a short description of the financial and capital market, then, in the second chapter, I focus on the issue of money laundering, characteristic features and phases of the whole process.
