Abstract:
Práce popisuje normativní systémy fungující na diskusních serverech českého Internetu. Detailněji je rozebrán systém právních norem, včetně problematiky odpovědnosti a jurisdikce. V neprávních normativních systémech se věnuje hlavně netiketě.
Abstract:
This thesis concerns normative systems of discussion servers and is mainly focused on legal part of normative systems, including liability and jurisdiction. The non-legal part is focused especially on netiquette.
