Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat možnosti založení nové dceřinné společnosti formou sestavení Podnikatelského plánu. Společnost VIAMONT a.s. prochází restrukturalizací na více dceřinných společností s vyhraněným předmětem podnikání. Mnou vytvořený podnikatelský plán bude sloužit založení dceřinné společnosti VIAMONT Development a.s., která bude podnikat na trhu stavebních a developerských projektů v chemickém a energetickém průmyslu a v oblasti obchodně-komerční. Nově založená společnost vznikne oddělením části stávající spol. VIAMONT a.s. - Divize Projekce a engineering. Osobně se domnívám, že v současné době je v místním regionu velký potenciál ve stavební a developerské činnosti vzhledem k tomu, že v městě Ústí nad Labem oproti jiným městům v České republice zatím nedošlo k rozmachu výstavby komerčně-obchodních center, obytných komplexů ani větších lehce průmyslových zón. Vzhledem k dostavbě dálnice D8 přes České středohoří, která bude dokončena do 2 let, se počítá se vstupem zahraničních partnerů na trh s realitami v oblasti obchodních a průmyslových zón. Nová společnost může též navázat na tradici mateřské firmy VIAMONT a.s., která na trhu provozování dopravy a inženýrské činnosti podniká již 15 let a dceřinné společnosti VIAMONT DSP a.s., která je již 5. rokem silným hráčem na poli dopravních staveb – železničních koridorů a silničních staveb v celé ČR. Současná celosvětová krize předmětné zakázky výrazněji nepoznamená, maximálně částečně omezí jejich finanční výši. K výše uvedeným skutečnostem je tedy vybrané téma bakalářské práce velmi aktuální.

Abstract:

The principal objective guiding this bachelor’s thesis is to analyze in greater detail the possibilities of setting up a new subsidiary company in the form of compiling a business plan. VIAMONT a. s. (JSC) is undergoing gradual restructuralization to establish more wholly-owned subsidiaries with the distinctive subject matter of doing business. The Business Plan I have created myself shall serve to implement procedures for setting up a subsidiary called VIAMONT Development a. s., which will do business in the market of construction and development projects to be realized in the chemical and energy industries, as well as other specific areas of trade and commerce. The newly founded company will be established by legal separation from the existing company, VIAMONT a. s. - Project Management and Engineering Division. I personally believe that there is a great potential in the expansion of construction and development-related activities within a local region nowadays, considering that the Town of Usti nad Labem, compared to other towns in the Czech Republic, has experienced hardly any boom to unlock spin-off opportunities for developing either commerce-trade centres, residential complexes or larger light industrial zones. Considering completion of the D8 motorway, carving through the Central Bohemian Massif, which is due to be finished within 2 years, the entrance of foreign partners trading in the real estates market is expected in the area of commercial and industrial zones. The new company may also continue the tradition started by its mother company VIAMONT, which has been engaged in providing services allied to railway transport and engineering activity for 15 years, as well as the subsidiary Viamont DSP that has been a strong player in the filed of transport construction, particularly railway corridors and road constructions in the whole of the Czech Republic, for 5 years. With regard to the above stated facts, the chosen theme of the bachelor’s thesis has become very topical then.
