Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce "Historie plzeňského knihtisku" se zabývá uceleným výkladem problematiky tisku knih v plzeňské provenienci. Nastiňuje komplexní obraz doby, ve které nová metoda knihtisku vstoupila do Plzně. Ve svém začátku popisuje nejstarší dějiny města až do druhé poloviny 15. století, kdy sem knihtisk dorazil. Pokračuje dále zprávou o předchůdcích tisku pohyblivými literami s návazností na objevitele vynálezu Johanna Gutenberga. Vyučenci Gutenbergovi rozšiřují tajné umění po celé Evropě. V 60. letech 15. století přichází do Plzně neznámý tiskař (pojmenovaný podle díla, které vytvořil "Tiskař Arnoštových Statut") a rozvíjí zde svou činnost. Následují ho další knihtiskaři. Počínaje prvním, jménem doloženým tiskařem, Mikulášem Bakalářem, přes Jana Pekka, Jana Mantuána Fencla k Tomáši Bakaláři. Tito tiskaři uzavírají první polovinu 16. století. V 80. letech 18. století se v Plzni usazuje Josef Jan Morgensäuler a rozšiřuje působení novodobých knihtiskařů. V 19. století navazuje na Morgensäulerovu činnost např. Leopold Reiner a ve 20. století se věnuje tisku krásných knih Ladislav Lábek společně se dvěma závody, a to "Grafikou" a "Grafickými závody". Třetí kapitola nás zavede k popisu a poznání sedmi plzeňských prvotisků: "Statuta Arnošta z Pardubic", "Missale Pragense", "Agenda Pragensia", "Trojánská kronika", "Nový zákon se signetem", "Dlabačův nový zákon" a "Pasionál". Poslední kapitola nastíní problém týkající se první tištěné knihy, v němž se vedou spory mezi dvěma tituly a to českou "Kronikou trojánskou" a latinskými "Statutami Arnošta z Pardubic".

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis "History of the Pilsner printing" deals with comprehensive interpretation of problems printing books in Pilsen provenance. It outlines a complex schema of the period, in which new method - typography went into Pilsen. At the beginning it describes the oldest history of the town until the second half of the 15th century, when printing press arrived there. The bachelor thesis continues to report further information about predecessors printing with movable letters in connection with the discoverer of invention - Johann Gutenberg. His followers extended secret art around Europe. In 60th of the 15th century an unknown printer come into Pilsen (named after the work that he created "The printer of Ernests statute") and developed his activity there. He was followed by next letterpress printers, starting with the first, on behalf of documented printer, Mikuláš Bakalář over Jan Pekk, Jan Mantuán Fencl to Tomáš Bakalář. These printers close first half of 16th century. In the 80th the 18th century settled in Pilsen Josef Jan Morgensäuler and extended operation of modern letterpress printers. In 19th century the Morgensäuler?s activities are tied by e.g. Leopold Reiner and in 20th century Ladislav Lábek paies printing beautiful books together with two works, namely "Graphic art" and "Graphic works". The third chapter takes us to the description and understanding of seven Pilsen incunabulas: "The Statute Ernest of Pardubice", "The Missale Pragense", "The Agenda Pragensia", "The Trojan Chronicle," "The New Testament sign", "Dlabačs new law" and "The Passional". The last chapter outlines the problem of the first printed book, in which there are disputes between the two titles - Czech "The Trojan Chronicle" and Latin "The Statute Ernest of Pardubice."
