Modeling and the dynamic analysis of form for concrete mix during vibratory compaction

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním vibračního lisu a zhodnocením dynamického chování formy na betonovou směs v průběhu vibračního zhutňování. Hlavním cílem bylo odhalení příčiny nerovnoměrného zhutňování betonové směsi a zjištění, jaký vliv (a zda vůbec) má na tento problém dynamické chování formy. Práce se zpočátku zabývá shrnutím současného stavu problematiky, porovnáním typů vibrolisů a podrobným popisem technických parametrů včetně funkce lisu. Dále je zde popsána tvorba modelu vibrolisu (jeho hlavních komponent), diskretizace zkoumané formy pomocí metody konečných prvků a její následná modální analýza. Poté byla pozornost soustředěna na tvorbu sestavy modelu vibrolisu v programu ADAMS, dynamické chování formy v průběhu vibračního hutnění a dynamickou analýzu jejího pohybu. Navíc je zde uvedena také citlivost vlastních čísel formy vibrolisu na tuhost silentbloků, upínajících formu v rámu vibrolisu, včetně odvození potřebných vztahů. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí dosavadních zjištění a zhodnocení, zda na nerovnoměrnost zhutňování betonové směsi má forma skutečně vliv.

Abstract:

The presented thesis deals with the impact-forming machine modeling and the evaluation of the dynamic behavior of form for concrete mix during vibratory compaction. The main objective was to discover the reason for uneven compaction of concrete mix and to determine what influence (and if any) has the dynamic behaviour of the form on this fact. At first this thesis summarizes the current state of the problem, compares different types of impact-forming machines and describes in detail the technical parameters, including function of the machine. Afrer that, there is description of creation of impact-forming machine model (it?s main components), discretization of surveyed form by finite element method and its subsequent modal analysis. The attention was than focused on creation of complete assembly of the model of the impact-forming machine in program ADAMS and dynamic behavior of the form during vibratory compaction. The analysis of dynamic movement of the form is also discussed. Moreover there is also mentioned eigenvalues sensitivity of the form with respekt to the stiffness of silentblocks, which clamp the form in a frame of impact-forming machine. The derivation of required analytical formulas is included. The conclusion of this thesis is aimed at the evalutaion of actual results and at estimation of the real influence of the form on uneven compaction of concrete mix.
