Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice osteoporózy, jejím vzniku a léčbě. Obecná část definuje osteoporózu a uvádí její klasifikaci, zabývá se rizikovými faktory a epidemiologií, ozřejmuje patogenezi a klinické projevy, popisuje diagnostiku, prevenci a farmakologickou léčbu. The bachelor thesis deals with problems of osteoporosis, its occurrence and treatment.
