Zdravá mateřská škola je cestou k vytváření podmínek pro tělesnou, duševní a společenskou pohodu dítěte po dobu jeho pobytu v mateřské škole. Směřuje výchovu dítěte ke zdravému životnímu stylu, jenž je charakterizován návyky, dovednostmi a odolností vůči stresům, zdraví škodícím vlivům, které mohou vést ke zneužití a závislostem.
