Introduction and Use of a Social Pedagogical Profession in Schools from the Point of View of Pedagogical Staff

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Zavedení a využití profese sociálního pedagoga na školách pohledem pedagogických pracovníků si klade za cíl zjistit názor pedagogů na zavedení a možnost využití profese sociálního pedagoga na školách. K dalším výzkumným cílům patřilo zjistit současnou situaci výchovných problémů na školách, znalost pedagogů v oblasti profese sociálního pedagoga a názor na spolupráci s rodinou a školou. Byly též formulovány hypotézy, které se věnovaly zjištění faktorů ovlivňujících názor pedagogů do škol. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativní metodou pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty jsou pedagogičtí pracovníci základních a středních škol Jihomoravského kraje.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled "Implementation and Utilization of the Social Pedagogue Profession in Schools from the Point of view of Educators" aims to find out educators' opinions on the implementation and potential utilization of the social pedagogue profession in schools. Other research objectives include identifying the current situation of educational problems in schools, educators' knowledge of the social pedagogue profession, and their opinion on its cooperation with families and schools. Hypotheses were also formulated to determine factors influencing educators' opinions in schools. The research was conducted using a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey. The respondents were teaching staff from primary and secondary schools in the South Moravian Region.
