Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza kolizní a procesní úpravy spotřebitelských smluv v evropském justičním prostoru. Její stěžejní část tak tvoří rozbor ustanovení nařízení Řím I a Brusel I, s využitím judikatury Evropského soudního dvora. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the conflict-of-law and procedural regulation of consumer contracts in European private international law. The core part of the thesis forms the analysis of Rome I regulation and Brussels I regulation, with taking into account decisions of European Court of Justice.
