Bakalářská práce je členěna na tři základní části, a to na teoretickou část, praktickou část, analytickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá poruchami a závadami staveb, přípravou stavby na budoucí prodej a rentabilitou provedené rekonstrukce stavby. The thesis is divided into three parts, namely the theoretical part, practical part, analytical part. The theoretical part deals with disorders and defects of buildings, preparation of the construction for future sales and profitability of the building's reconstruction.
