Abstract:

ÚVOD: Tato bakalářská práce s tématem Hiporehabilitace v ergoterapii se zabývá zpracováním teoretických poznatků věnujících se problematice hiporehabilitace a pojednává o komplexním působení koně a koňského prostředí na fyzické, psychické a sociální zdraví klientů. Zároveň poukazuje na možnosti působení ergoterapeutů u hipoterapií, jakožto nástroje pro nácvik smysluplných a cílevědomých činností. CÍL PRÁCE: Cílem bylo poukázat na možnosti využití hiporehabilitací v ergoterapii a upozornit na provázanost těchto dvou oborů. METODIKA: Kvalitativní výzkum, kdy je vypracována jedna případová studie dětského klienta s mozkovou obrnou cerebelární formy. Tato část se věnuje popisu metod ergoterapeutického vyšetření a hodnocení pomocí standardizovaného testu MABC-2, na jehož základě je sestaven krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Následně jsou popsány ergoterapeutické intervence během týdenního hiporehabilitačního pobytu, a nakonec je provedeno výstupní ergoterapeutické hodnocení a MABC-2 testovaní. VÝSLEDKY: Porovnání vstupních a výstupních výsledků a vyhodnocení účinků a efektů terapie. Výsledky potvrdily příznivý vliv hiporehabilitace na celkové zdraví klienta v biopsychosociálním modelu. Jmenovitě došlo ke zlepšení v oblasti stability a rovnováhy, v oblastech hrubé a jemné motoriky a ve funkci postižené končetiny, která se začala více zapojovat do běžných denních činností. Hipoterapie měla také výrazný vliv a přesah na psychický stav klienta. ZÁVĚR: Hodnocení úspěšnosti provedených intervencí v rámci hiporehabilitačního pobytu. Hipoterapie v ergoterapii působí na klienty komplexně, kdy pohyb koňského hřbetu a prostředí, v němž se koně nacházejí, je jako terapeutický nástroj jedinečný a nenahraditelný prvek obohacující rehabilitaci.

Abstract:

INTRODUCTION: This bachelor's thesis with the topic of Hipporehabilitation in occupational therapy deals with the explication of theoretical knowledge concerned with the issue of Equine-Assisted Activities and Therapy (EAAT) and discusses the complex effects of horses and the equine environment on the physical, psychological and social health of clients. At the same time, it points out the possibilities of occupational therapist in EAAT as a tool for practicing meaningful and purposeful activities. AIM OF THE THESIS: The aim was to point out the possibilities of using hipporehabilitation in occupational therapy and to draw attention to the interconnectedness of these two disciplines. METHODOLOGY: Qualitative research in which one case study of a juvenile client with cerebral palsy of the cerebellar form is carried out. This part deals with the description of the methods of occupational therapy examination and evaluation using the standardized MABC-2 test, on the basis of which a short-term occupational therapy plan is drawn up. Subsequently, individual therapeutic interventions during the one-week EAAT stay are described, and eventually an exit occupational therapy examination and MABC-2 testing are carried out. RESULTS: A comparison of the entry and exit results and an evaluation of the outcomes and effects of the therapy. The results confirm a positive influence of EAAT on the overall health of the client in the biopsychosocial model. Namely, there are improvements in the area of stability and balance, in the areas of gross and fine motor skills and in the function of the affected limb, which became more involved in daily activities. EAAT has also had a significant influence and overlap on the mental state of the client. CONCLUSION: An evaluation of the success rate of the interventions performed during the EAAT stay. Hipporehabilitation in occupational therapy affects clients in a complex way due to the movement of the horse's back and the environment in which the horses are found is, as a therapeutic tool, a unique and irreplaceable element enriching rehabilitation.
