Diplomová práce se věnuje první pozemkové reformě provedené po první světové válce a demonstruje její aplikaci na konkrétním šlechtickém majetku. This thesis deal with the first land reform made after World War I., and demonstrates its application on a real noble property. In the general part of this thesis I defined the selected forms of interference in the property rights and legal-historical interpretation of the first land reform.
