Study and modification of surfaces by electron microscopy
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje studiu a úpravě povrchů pomocí elektronového mikroskopu. Skenovací elektronový mikroskop Quanta 3D 200i od firmy FEI umožňuje studovat objekty až s nanometrovým rozlišením a za pomoci iontového svazku obrábět povrch. Experimentální část se zabývá například využitím elektronového mikroskopu při rozlišení padělaných mincí a studiem minerálů ve vysokém i nízkém vakuu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the study and finishing of the surfaces by using the electron microscope. Scanning electron microscope Quanta 3D FEI 200i of company FEI helps to study the objects with nanometer resolution and to shape surfaces with an ion beam.
