Abstract:
Cílem práce je vymezit mantinely, které dává právo daňové politice a seznámit čtenáře s komplexním zhodnocením daňové politiky současnosti. V práci jsou řešeny otázky teoretického vymezení daňové politiky, provedena komparace jednotlivých daní v rámci tuzemské daňové soustavy, komparace se zahraniční právní úpravou. The aim of the thesis is to define constraints that gives the right to tax policy and to familiarize the reader with a comprehensive evaluation of the current tax policy. In the thesis are solved questions of theoretical definition of tax policy, performed comparison of tax under the domestic tax system and comparison with foreign legislation.
