Práce se zabývá agresí a agresivitou pachatelů trestné činnosti zaměřené na oblast silniční dopravy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se problematiky, příčiny vzniku agrese, agresivita, definice protiprávního jednání v souvislosti se silniční dopravou. This work deals with the aggresion and aggressiveness of the perpetrators of the crime focused on the area of road transport.
