Outsourcing from the view of outsourcing provider

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Outsourcing z pohledu poskytovatele outsourcingu“ je analýza současné situace odvětví outsourcingu, se zaměřením na trendy vedoucí k jeho současnému rozvoji, a procesu outsourcingu ze strany poskytovatele z hlediska jeho efektivity. První, teoretická, část je dále zaměřena na aspekty outsourcingu, jako jsou výhody a naopak možné kontroverze, a pozornost je věnována i popisu procesu outsourcingu z pohledu zadavatele i poskytovatele. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu procesu outsourcingu u předního poskytovatele. Pozornost je věnována oblastem způsobujícím zdržení v jeho přípravné fázi a v závěru jsou shrnuta možná doporučení k jejich zefektivnění.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis „Outsourcing from the view of outsourcing provider“ is analysis of the current situation in outsourcing, with focus on trends enabling its current development, and of the process of outsourcing with regards to its efficiency. The first, theoretical part is further focused on aspects of outsourcing, such as its advantages and on the contrary possible controversies, and attention is also paid to description of the outsourcing process from the point of view of the client as well as the provider. The practical part contains analysis of the outsourcing process of a leading provider. Attention is paid to areas causing delays in the preparatory part and the final part contains possible recommendations to make them more efficient.
