Abstract:
Diplomová práce poukazuje na problematiku participačních práv dítěte promítnutých do současné úpravy rodinného práva. Postavení a práva dítěte jsou rozebrána v rámci institutu mateřství, otcovství a osvojení. Pozornost je věnována také problematice plného nabytí svéprávnosti před dovršením zletilosti. The thesis deals wtih the issue of the participation rights of the child reflected in a present legislation of family law. The status and rights of the child are analyzed in the institute of maternity, paternity and adoption.
