Multimedia material - training of running for pupils in primary schools.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Multimediální materiál nácviku techniky běhu pro žáky na základních školách“ je zaměřena na jednu z atletických disciplín, tj. na běh. V prvních kapitolách, které se zabývají atletikou obecně, je zmíněna stručná historie atletiky a postavení všech atletických disciplín ve vzdělávacích programech, které jsou na našich základních školách zastoupeny nejvíce. Jedná se o Vzdělávací program Základní škola, Obecná škola a Rámcový vzdělávací program. Na základě posledního programu byl vytvořen Školní vzdělávací program pro základní vzdělávání Květnice. Je to vzdělávací program, jenž vystihuje povahu školy, na které v současné době pracuji. Následuje charakteristika jednotlivých specifik ontogenetického vývoje mladších a starších žáků a pohybových schopností, jejichž znalost je důležitá pro vlastní trénink. Závěr práce se věnuje samotnému běhu. Jsou zde popsány např. jednotlivé fáze běhu či druhy běhů a startů. Nejpodstatnější částí je postup jeho nácviku, který je doplněn videoukázkou na přiloženém DVD. Zde jsou jednotlivé kroky nácviku natočeny tak, jak by měly následovat. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit interaktivní materiál pro učitele tělesné výchovy, který by jim poskytl nejen písemné, ale i vizuální informace, a tím jim usnadnil práci a poskytl vhodný metodický materiál pro výuku.

Abstract:

Master's thesis "Multimedia training material for training of run for pupils in primary schools" is aimed to one of athletics disciplines, run. In the first chapters, which deal with athletics in general, the brief history and status of all athletics disciplines is mentioned and there is information about education programs in our elementary schools. It is an Educational Program Elementary School, General School and the Curriculum framework. Based on the last program school curriculum Květnice was created. It's educational program, which describes the nature of the school, which I currently teach. There is an overview of the different specificities of ontogenetic development of younger and older pupils, and physical skills, knowledge of which is important for their own training. Conclusion the thesis is dedicated to run. There are described for example, each running phases, types of running and start. The training process is the most important part, which is accompanied by a video-demonstration on the DVD. There are the steps of training in the recommended following. The aim of the project was to create interactive material for teachers of physical education, which could provide not only written but also visual information. DVD can facilitate the work and provide acceptable methodical materials for teaching.
