Substantial and Procedural Aspects of the Domicile Data Annulment
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována tématu hmotněprávních a procesněprávních aspektů zrušení údaje o místu trvalého pobytu. Právní úprava zrušení údaje o místu trvalého pobytu je obsažena v zákoně č. 133/2000 Sb., o evidenci obyvatel. Zákon o evidenci obyvatel obsahuje právní úpravu zrušení údaje o místu trvalého pobytu občanů, nikoli i cizinců. Tato je zahrnuta v zákoně č. 326/1000 Sb., o pobytu cizinců …more

The theme of this bachelor´s work is Substantial and procedural aspects of the domicile data annulment. The legal regulation of the domicile data annulment contains the Act no. 133/2000 Sb., of inhabitant´s statistics. This can be related only to inhabitants of Czech republic.
