Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice syndromu CAN v ústavní výchově. Teoretická část se skládá z šesti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na problematiku syndromu CAN jako takového. Nejprve je uveden vývoj a charakteristika pojmu a dále definice syndromu a jeho příčiny. Na první kapitolu navazuje kapitola druhá, jejímž obsahem jsou jednotlivé druhy syndromu CAN. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny právní aspekty syndromu, které zahrnují ústavní a mezinárodněprávní úpravu, sociálně-právní ochranu a trestně právní problematiku. O tom, jak dochází k identifikaci nežádoucího jednání, pojednává kapitola čtvrtá. Předmětem páté kapitoly jsou výslechy dětí a speciální přístup k nim, jakožto k obětem trestného činu. Šestá kapitola popisuje ústavní výchovu, za jakých okolností se vyskytuje syndrom CAN v ústavní výchově a následky týrání, zneužívání, zanedbávání a práce s nimi v ústavních zařízeních. Praktická část je tvořena na základě výzkumného šetření, které proběhlo v Dětském domově Dubá – Deštná. Výzkumné šetření sbíralo vybrané informace o dětech z dětského domova. Nejprve byly zjištěny informace obecné a následně konkrétní, zaměřené na děti, jež se staly obětí syndromu CAN. Zjištěné výsledky jsou zaznamenány a vyhodnoceny formou tabulek a grafů. Celkově práce ukazuje otřesné skutečnosti, kterými si některé děti prošly, jak byla jejich situace řešena, jaké mají následky a jak je o ně pečováno v dětském domově.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of CAN syndrome in institutional care. The theoretical part is composed of six main chapters. The first chapter is focused on the issue of CAN syndrome itself. First, it is mentioned development and characteristic of the concept and further is described definition of the syndrome and its causes. The second chapter follows the first chapter, which contains the various types of CAN syndrome. In the third chapter there are inscribed legal aspects of CAN syndrome, which include constitutional and international law, social and legal protection of children, and criminal law issues. The fourth chapter deals with identification of inappropriate behaviour. The subjects of the fifth chapter are interrogation of children and special attitude to them as victims of a crime. The sixth chapter describes the institutional care, under what circumstances CAN sydrome appears in institutional care and the consenqences of maltreatment, abuse, neglect and work with them in institutions. The practical part is based on survey, which has been done in the Children´s Home Dubá – Deštná. The survey collected sellected information about children from this institution. In the first place general information was gathered and then specific information, which was focused on child victims of CAN syndrome. The results of the survey are recorded and evaluated in the form of tables and graphs. The context of the whole thesis shows the terrible facts, which some of the children had to go throught, how their situation was solved, what are the consenqences and how the children in the children´s home are taken care of by their tutors.
