Identification and development of managers' competencies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a rozvojem manažerských kompetencí ve vybrané firmě s ohledem na aktuální situaci ve světě a na tuzemském trhu práce. Cílem práce je pomocí teoretické části práce vysvětlit základní zkoumané pojmy této práce spojené s identifikací manažerských kompetencí, firemním rozvojem a celkovým vzděláváním ve vybrané firmě. Pomocí analýz v analytické části následně zjistit, jaké jsou kompetence vybraných manažerů, provést polostrukturovaný rozhovor s ohledem na vybrané manažery a v neposlední řadě zanalyzovat aktuální vzdělávání ve vybrané firmě. Na základě dat, která vzešla z analytické části byly navrženy dva hlavní návrhy pro vybranou firmu, v prvním návrhu byly vytvořeny kompetenční modely pro jednotlivé manažerské pozice vybraných respondentů a ve druhém návrhu bylo dáno doporučení na vytvoření a nastavení osobního rozvojového plánu jednotlivých respondentů tak, aby došlo k rozvoji jejich kompetencí a celkovému rozvoji firemního vzdělávání ve vybrané firmě.

Abstract:

his diploma thesis deals with the identification and development of managerial competencies in a selected company with regard to the current situation in the world and in the domestic labor market. The aim of the work is to explain the basic research concepts of this work associated with the identification of managerial competencies, corporate development and overall education in the selected company. Using the analyzes in the analytical part, then find out what are the competencies of selected managers, semi-structured interview with regard to selected managers and, last but not least, analyze the current education in the selected company. Based on the data from the analytical part, two main proposals were proposed for the selected company, in the first proposal competency models for individual managerial positions of selected entities were created and in the second proposal a recommendation was made to create and set personal development plan of individual entities so that there was a development of their competencies and the overall development of corporate education in the selected company.
