Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem vhodných rekonstrukcí a sanací na dnes již nevyužívaném hospodářském objektu, který by mohl nově sloužit k ubytování. Dále se v této práci zabývám návrhy vhodného dispozičního řešení a pro vybranou variantu jsem vypracoval projekt v rozsahu pro stavební povolení. This bachelor thesis deals with the concept of suitable reconstruction and redevelopment of an unused farmhouse which could serve as an accommodation. I also deal with the concept of a suitable layout solution and I have created a project to the extent of bulding permit for the selected option.
