Class teacher as a factor of school classroom climate in primary schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje třídnímu učiteli jako faktoru klimatu školní třídy na základních školách. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na představení pojmů klima, školní klima a dále se věnuje hlavním aktérům podílejících se na tvorbě třídního klimatu. Přibližuje osobnost žáka, učitele a jeho styl vedení třídy. V neposlední řadě se zaměřuje na třídního učitele jako hlavního aktéra při tvorbě klimatu školní třídy. Cílem empirické části je pomocí kvalitativní metody ve formě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a následného pozorování žáků popsat tvorbu třídního klimatu ve třech třídách základní školy z pohledu třídních učitelů. V závěru praktické části je představena diagnostická aktivita vhodná do třídnických hodin.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the subject of the classroom teacher as a factor in the classroom climate in elementary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of climate, school climate and the main agents involved in shaping the classroom climate. It describes the personality of the student, the teacher and his class management style. In the conclusion, we focus on the classroom teacher as the main agent in the creation of the school classroom climate. The aim of the empirical part is to describe the creation of the classroom climate in three primary school classes from the perspective of the class teachers using a qualitative method in the form of a semi-structured interview and subsequent observation of pupils. In the conclusion of the practical part, a diagnostic activity suitable for use in the class lessons is presented.
