Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje především na anatomickou stavbu reakčního dřeva a další růstové disturbance, které vznikly jako reakce na sesuvnou událost v roce 1997. Cíle: - potvrdit nebo vyvrátit určitou korelaci mezi interními a externími růstovými disturbancemi (úhlem naklonění stromu, excentricitou letokruhů, množstvím reakčních letokruhů a procentuálního zastoupení reakčního dřeva v letokruhu po události a zmenšením či zvětšením parametrů buněk) - stanovit klasifikaci tříd reakčního dřeva založenou na procentuálním vyjádření - obohatit používané metody při práci s reakčním dřevem u jehličnanů

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused mainly on the anatomical structure of reaction wood and other growth disturances, which were created in response to a landslide event in 1997. The aims: - confirm or disprove a correlation between internal and external growth disturbances (tree tiltting, ring eccentricity, quantity of reaction tree-rings and percentage of reaction wood in the post-event circle and reduction or enlargement of cell parameters) - determine a classification of reaction wood classes based on percentage - enrich the methods used in working with reaction wood in conifers
