Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce "Účetní uzávěrka a závěrka, interní a externí audit v podnikatelském subjektu" je analyzovat auditorské metody a postupy v oblasti zásob a tyto aplikovat na vybranou výrobní společnost.V první části tétopráce je vysvětlen principaudituajeho základní charakteristiky,stejně tak interního auditu a důležitost vnitřního kontrolního systému.Diplomová práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku závěrkových a uzávěrkových prací a jejich význam pro audit.Dále zmiňuje podstatu mezinárodních auditorských standardů a jejich význam. V druhé části dochází k aplikaci poznatků z předešlých kapitol k praktickému ověření věrnosti a poctivosti zobrazení zásob v účetní závěrce u vybrané společnosti. Nakonec jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a závěry, ke kterým bylo na základě použitých metod dospěno.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "The financial closing and financial reporting, internal and external audit in the business entity" is to analyze audit methods and procedures in the area of stock and apply them to selected production companies. In the first part of this thesis is explained the principles of audits and its fundamental characteristics, as well as the importance of internal audit and internal control system. The thesis contains a brief description of closing and reporting operations and their importance for the audit. The thesis also mentions the essence of international auditing standards and their importance. In the second part is the application knowledge from the previous chapters to practical verification of true and fair display of stock in the financial close for the selected companies. Finally is evaluated results and conclusions to which was arrived at based on the methods used.
