Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem biohackingu v osobním rozvoji manažerů. Smyslem práce je potvrdit či vyvrátit praktické přínosy biohackingu pro život jednotlivce. Cílem práce je sestavit návrhy a doporučení pro cílovou skupinu (manažera) k využití biohackingu pro maximalizaci svého osobního rozvoje. Dílčím cílem je na základě deskripce odborných zdrojů popsat koncepci biohackingu, jeho metody, přínosy, strategie. Dále je dílčím cílem identifikovat výhody a nevýhody biohackingu z pohledu zástupce manažera.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of biohacking in the personal development of managers. The purpose of this work is to confirm or refute the practical benefits of biohacking for the life of an individual. The aim of the work is to compile proposals and recommendations for the target group (manager) to use biohacking to maximize their personal development. The partial goal is to describe the concept of biohacking, its methods, benefits, strategies based on the description of professional resources. Furthermore, the partial goal is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of biohacking from the perspective of the deputy manager.
