Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na porovnání individuálního tělesného rozvoje mládeže ve věku 16 a 17 let na vybraných středních školách ve městě a na venkově a porovnání dosažených výsledků mládeže v roce 2014 s výsledky mládeže z roku 2006, kdy byl v České republice organizován projekt COMPASS. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou pohybu, motoriky, motorického učení, specifikami období adolescence a možnostmi pohybového vyžití mládeže ve městě a na venkově. Praktická část je orientována na samotný výzkum, který byl proveden na dvou gymnáziích. Studenti byli měřeni a testováni dle testové baterie UNIFITTEST 6 -60.

Abstract:

The thesis was focused on a comparison of level of individual physical development of youth (16 and 17 years) living in the countryside and in the city. The results concerning of the young people in the countryside and in the city were compared as well as the ones of the same age young people in 2014 and 2006. This year was realized in the Czech Republic a project COMPASS. Theoretical part of the thesis deals with problems refering to physical activity, motor performance, motor learning and specifics of adolescence and opportunities of physical activities of youth in the countryside and the city. Practical part deals with the research, which was realized in two grammar schools in 2014. Using the test battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 was current physical and motor development inquired.
