Changes in cash money circulation of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Změny v hotovostním peněžním oběhu České republiky“ je rozbor základních pojmů v této oblasti a analýza aktuálního vývoje hotovostních platidel. V práci se zabývám deskripcí základních pojmů, jako je definice peněz, jejich funkce a ochranné prvky a následný rozbor vývoje a kvality padělků. Součástí praktické části je rozbor posledních deseti let existence českých hotovostních peněz a jejich oběhu, včetně deskripce všech jeho změn, a následná komparace tohoto oběhu s oběhem ve Švédsku, na níž navazuje na základě zjištěných informací predikce budoucího vývoje českých platidel.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Changes in cash money circulation of the Czech Republic” is to analyze basic notions of this issue and to analyze current development of banknotes and coins. In the theoretic part, I am concentrated on describing basic notions as a money definition, its functions and security features and following dissection of development and quality of forged money. The practical section analyzes cash money circulation in the Czech Republic over the last ten years including a description of all their changes and following comparison with Swedish cash money circulation. The final part includes the prediction of the future advancement on the basis of the gathered information.
