Analysis of local plan Jirkov

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou územního plánu města Jirkova. V první části práce bude podrobně charakterizováno území města a jeho obyvatelstvo. Budou definovány největší problémy města a jejich možné příčiny. Před samotnou analýzou územního plánu si přiblížíme pojmy územní plánování, jeho cíle a úkoly, udržitelný rozvoj a jeho složky, územní plán a jeho obsah. V druhé části práce bude analyzován platný územní plán města Jirkova, vyhodnocena jeho koncepce a vyhodnocen soulad s koncepcí Ústeckého kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda platný územní plán vyhovuje potřebám rozvoje města.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the master plan of the city of Jirkov. In the first part of the work will be in detail characterized the territory of the city and its population. Will be defined the greatest problems of the city and their possible causes. Before the actual analysis of the master plan we will describe the concepts of spatial planning, its goals and tasks, sustainable development and its components, the master plan and ist contents. In the second part of the thesis will be analyzed with the valid spatial plan of the city of Jirkov, evaluated his concept and evaluted compliance with the concept of the Ústí nad Labem region. The aim of this work is to determine whether a valid master plan meets the needs of the development of the city.
