The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the Traminer clones

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit kvalitativní a kvantitativní parametry u vybraných klonů odrůdy révy vinné Tramín. Literární část je zaměřena na popis odrůdy Tramín včetně jejího původu, mutací a klonů. V této části jsou také zmíněny důležité faktory, co se týká pěstování od volby stanoviště, klimatických podmínek až po odolnost odrůdy. V experimentální části jsou popsané jednotlivé klony s popisem stanoviště a podmínek pěstování. V analýze jsou porovnávány jednotlivé kvantitativní a kvalitativní faktory, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny včetně finálního doporučení. Klíčová slova: Tramín, Tramín červený, klony, réva vinná, terroir, hrozen, klimatické podmínky, fenologická charakteristika, ampelografická charakteristika.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the qualitative and quantitative parameters of Traminer clones. The literature section focuses on the description of the Traminer variety, including it´s origin, mutations and clones. This section also mentions important factors in terms of cultivation, from soil habitat selection, climatic conditions to variety resistance. In the experimental part, individual clones are described with a description of the growing area and growing conditions. The analysis compares individual quantitative and qualitative factors, which are then evaluated, including the final recommendation.
