Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou a disoluční kinetikou matricových tablet na bázi Kollidonů (Kollidon? VA64 a Kollidon? SR) a chitosanu. Jako modelová účinná látka byl použit ve vodě dobře rozpustný tramadol hydrochlorid. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on preparation and dissolution kinetics of matrix tablets on the basis of Kollidons (Kollidon? VA64 a Kollidon? SR) and chitosan. As a model active substance there was used a well solvent tramadol hydrochloride in the water.
